Remember when we said that when an employee commands their piece of equipment we put their name on it? Yeah. We weren't kidding. Meet Richard “Rich” Broadhead. He's been with us since 2008 and was a stellar member of our asphalt paving crew for 14 years. Just over a year ago, though, he transitioned into an excavator operator role and has been working with one of our utility installation crews. And YES - he's already earned the right to have his name proudly displayed on his piece of equipment. So, what does that tell you about Rich? It tells us that this guy is dedicated. Dedicated to his work, to his team, and to learning. What more could you ask of an employee? And the craziest part? Rich doesn't broadcast his position and accomplishments with Muschlitz. In fact, you wouldn't know any of his background unless you asked him. That's a humble, hardworking man right there.
