So proud of our very own Cara McDermott for always making sure our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Celebrating Women's History Month! At Carbyne, we're dedicating this month to honoring our own heroes – women who have made outstanding contributions to public safety. This week, we're shining the spotlight on Cara McDermott, a true trailblazer in the field. Cara has been the CAD & RMS Administrator for Murrieta Police & Fire for over two and a half years, bringing with her a wealth of experience in public safety spanning two decades. From her roles as Communication Dispatcher to CAD Administrator, she's been at the forefront of critical operations, including managing significant California disasters like the wildfires of 2003, 2007, 2014, 2017, 2018, and 2020. But Cara's impact goes beyond her professional achievements. She's inspired by her own heroes – her incredible mother, a former Vice President in Banking and President of her local Rotary Club, and her sister Molly, a dedicated Public Information Manager. Not to forget Casey, the Communications Manager at Murrieta Police & Fire, whom Cara admires for her leadership and guidance. These remarkable women have instilled in Cara the values of community service, passion for her work, and exceptional leadership. Join us in applauding Cara McDermott and all the women making a difference in public safety! #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInPublicSafety #OurHeroes
