After a three-week trial, MPBF attorneys Mark Perelman and Laura Grealish successfully defended a rideshare driver involved in a 2019 two-car collision. Plaintiffs, who were passengers in the rideshare, sought $36 million in past and future general and economic damages. MPBF defense was able to argue fault rested on the out-of-control driver who caused the collision, not the rideshare driver or his reaction time. The jury agreed. https://lnkd.in/giR45Vej
