Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors (“MMCA”), a Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm based in Lewisburg, PA, announced that Mike Colella has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. Colella will lead MMCA’s expansion into the Western Pennsylvania market. In his new role, Colella will provide sell-side, buy-side, valuation and debt advisory services. Clients include middle market companies, private equity groups, family offices, and independent sponsors. Colella has been a veteran commercial banker with over a decade of experience in Western PA, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial & Industrial lending at TriState Capital Bank. A University of Pittsburgh graduate and Cranberry Township resident, Colella will be based in Downtown Pittsburgh.
