We are proud to announce that our townhome community in Henrico County, VA, Discovery Ridge, is expected to be one of the first residential developments to quality for Henrico County’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund program! Officials with Henrico, the development companies and others recently announced the plans that homes in Discovery Ridge will soon be available to first-time homebuyers who meet household income and other program requirements. At the 35th Annual PRISM Awards & Gala by the Charleston Home Builders Association Sales & Marketing Council, New Home Advisor Lauren Popson was recognized with the Rising Star Award, which honors a Sales Agent with less than two years’ experience selling. Way to go Lauren!

Our Greenville Production Team recently traveled to Burnsville, NC, to join forces with Samaritan's Purse to aid families affected by Hurricane Helene, by clearing trees, cleaning out flooded homes, tarping roofs, and tackling other needed tasks. Additional Team Members - including office staff, and the sales and warranty teams - will travel to Burnsville on November 6th to continue the efforts!

After breaking ground one year ago, we are pleased to announce the completion of the first phase of the updated company headquarters campus in Irmo, SC. Providing Team Members with a working environment with every detail thoughtfully considered to maximize comfort and foster collaboration, the newly-completed $10M, 20,250 square foot innovation-forward building sits adjacent to the former headquarters, which is now undergoing extensive renovations to be completed by late 1Q 2025.

Mungo Homes was recently recognized at the South Carolina Home Builders Association Pinnacle Awards! Winning the category of New Home Construction from $550,000 - $699,999 was the Webster model at Cordgrass Landing in Charleston. The "Holiday Ad", which ran on social media channels, was recognized as Best Marketing Video. #mungohomes

Shout out to the Richmond team who was recently recognized at the Home Building Association of Richmond’s 73rd Annual Parade of Homes Awards! With the Townsend Grand plan, Mungo swept the awards in the Single Family Furnished category of $901,000 to $950,000 with the Gold Award in addition to Best Curb Appeal, Best Bath, and Best Kitchen!
