?? At the end of September, during the 78th Autumn Fair, the first-of-its-kind specialized exhibition "MultiHome" was held, dedicated to the energy renovation of residential buildings. ?? ??♀?? Selected moments from the event such as: ? its opening; ? movie shots from the stands of the exhibiting companies demonstrating products and technologies for building renovation; ? filmed moments of conversations with interested citizens who visited the energy consultation area could be seen in the film dedicated to the exhibition. ??The event brought together over 500 citizens with municipal and energy experts and over 10 companies-contractors of building renovation activities, replacement of heating appliances and installations, implementation of individual RES installations. The first specialized exhibition on energy renovation of multifamily buildings "MultiHome" has successfully ended From September 25 to 28, within the framework of the 78th edition of the Autumn Technical Plovdiv Fair, the first specialized exhibition "MultiHome" dedicated to the energy renovation of multifamily buildings was held. The event met more than 500 citizens with municipal and energy experts and more than 10 companies contractors of building renovation activities, woodstove replacement, implementation of individual RES installations. The exhibition was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry Dr. David Sukalinski, the Regional Governor of the Plovdiv Region Prof. Dr. Hristina Yancheva and representatives of the regional administrations within the Plovdiv Municipality. ? #MultHome #EnergyRenovation #MultifamilyBuildings #Citizens #SpecializedExhibition

Capitalising on the homeowners’ perspective on the renovation process The MultiHome project, led by the Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP) in the Plovdiv Region of Bulgaria, aims to establish collaboration between public authorities, businesses, financial institutions, and citizens to create an integrated customer-centered housing renovation service. Homeowners play a crucial role in the renovation process, and their perspective is essential for designing customer-centered renovation services. The MultiHome project aims to create an integrated customer-centered housing renovation service in Plovdiv Region (Bulgaria) by building a mutually beneficial cooperation between all public authorities, businesses, financial institutions involved in renovation and citizens. ? Homeowners are at the heart of the renovation journey. MultiHome therefore engages ‘lead users’, i.e. homeowners who have already completed their renovation journey and are more aware of its ups and downs. ? During special sessions for ‘lead user’ in three districts of Plovdiv City, the MultiHome team met with individual homeowners, representatives of homeowners’ associations, professional building managers and active citizens who are beneficiaries of the National Renovation Programme. The MultiHome project, dedicated to single- and multi-family buildings’ renovation in the Plovdiv region, entered its eighth working month by realizing a number of its goals, set for the first half of the year. The project partners held their third meeting on June 19. The meeting was also attended by Adrien Bullier, Senior Project Advisor on Energy Efficiency Finance at the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency CINEA. ??The first meeting of the Regional Advisory Council for Housing Renovation was also held, including representatives of the regional administrations within the Plovdiv municipality and municipal experts from the 17 municipalities of the region. Experts from the Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA) joined as a monitoring body at national level.
