Here are several cohorts, opportunities, and experiences you and your Y can apply for this month! Go to https://lnkd.in/gDcmBB9t The Building an Equitable Workforce (BEW) project emerged from movement conversations that informed the current Y-USA Strategic Plan “Uniting for a Healthy Future” and Y-USA is launching a cohort to develop learnings around organizational culture, processes, policies, and procedures that can develop an equitable workforce, and develop change management plans to foster development of effective practices.
