Vision: Achieve comprehensive training for the residents of Culebra to have an impact on the sustainable development of the Municipality. Mission: Identify resources, strengthen initiatives and create projects that contribute to sustainable development through the Culture of Peace and transformative Education, affecting the Emotional Health, Cultural, Environmental and Socioeconomic Development of Culebra.
