Ensure Compliance with IRC 280E: Master the complexities of cannabis-related tax laws to maintain strict compliance. Financial Insight & Guidance: Provide strategic insights to drive sound financial decisions and tax optimization across our corporate structure. Collaborate Across Subsidiaries: Work closely with financial officers to ensure smooth inter-company financial activities. Stay Ahead of Legislative Changes: Proactively adapt to changes in tax legislation affecting our industries. ???Who You Are: Licensed CPA: A valid CPA license with a strong grasp of corporate finance and tax law, particularly in regulated industries.
