Last week, as I was speed-lunging from my morning ice plunge to my mid-morning ice plunge, a taxi cab drove through a puddle, sending a wave of icy-cold trash water into my face. Soaked from the puddle (and the prior two ice baths) I went into a flow state and managed to achieve total clarity. A vision entered my mind as if a tiny little television had been implanted in my cerebral cortex. It was Tom Anderson –Tom from MySpace. “TOM!” I screeched, “TELL ME WHAT TO DO!” Tom took out a permanent marker and wrote on the whiteboard behind him: EMAIL. Loud and clear, Tom.
