Montana APEX Accelerator provides personal, timely advice on contracting with the government. Selling to the government – or subcontracting to prime contractors – can be good for your business. But understanding, finding, and pursuing opportunities can be challenging. Montana APEX Accelerator advisors are ready to help you meet those challenges. We give you tools you can use to do business with federal, state and local agencies. Our government contracting advisors have years of public and private sector experience. Many of us have owned small businesses or worked extensively in business development. Our personal backgrounds and experiences give us a unique ability to understand your business needs and concerns. We also understand the complexities of government contracting. We attend specialized training and participate in professional certification programs to keep pace with changing registrations, regulations and requirements. Our advisors are members of the national Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC), a network of over 500 experienced procurement professionals.

RT-130 Fireline Safety Training – Sign Up Now! Montana West Economic Development and Montana APEX Accelerator, formally PTAC, is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting RT-130 training classes for our clients ahead of the upcoming fire season. Class Dates: ? Feb 22 | ? Mar 22 | ? Apr 19 | ? May 17 | ? June 18 Annual Fireline Refresher Training is designed to provide up-to-date fireline safety information to employees holding Incident Command System qualifications requiring this training per the PMS 310-1, Wildland Fire Qualification System Guide. The class, facilitated by Jim Maher, contains four components: Entrapment Avoidance; Current Issues; Fire Shelter Training; and other hazards and Safety Issues. This course meets all requirements as identified in the Interagency Standards for Fire and Fire Aviation Operations (Red Book), Chapter 13.
