Ending Black History Month with a celebration of education, culture, and community! Last week, our MTM Family came together to hear unique stories from team members who are alumni of HBCUs, as well as those who are members of the Divine 9 Greek Fraternities and Sororities! We enjoyed a DJ, snacks/refreshments, and a special panel discussion about how attending an HBCU and/or joining a Divine 9 organization was impactful. We're proud to have such incredible diversity and history within MTM!

We're having a blast celebrating Quality Month with so many fun activities! Our team was challenged to build a Lego car in just 5 minutes (possibly with some missing pieces ??)—check out how they did!

Last week, MTM was honored to attend the State of the Schools breakfast, where superintendents from local school districts came together to discuss progress, updates, and goals for the future of education. We’re proud to be part of a community that prioritizes growth, success, and opportunity for all students. ??

We’re not just building cars- we’re building beds! ?? MTM LEAD Academy volunteered with last week, building 42 beds for children in our community! Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Limestone County was also a 2024 MTM Grant Fund recipient - we hope they reach their goal of every child in Limestone County having their very own bed!

To wrap up our Valentine’s weekend, we’re celebrating Tim and Denise—high school sweethearts and soon to be celebrating 40 years of marriage! ?? Tim and Denise are valuable members of the MTM family and are a wonderful example of dedication and teamwork both at work and in their lives!

Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with an ?? MTM Couple Spotlight! ?? Meet Morgan and Joey! How did you meet? – "Through the military. We crossed paths several times unknowingly until we ended up in the same unit and officially met!" Best part about working together at MTM? – "Lunch together when we can! We get to catch up and recharge!" Dream getaway? – "We’re currently planning our dream getaway to the California coast this summer!"
