Hi, we're myMTMcare - on a mission to make Medication Therapy Management easier, friendlier and more personal. Our experienced pharmacists focus exclusively on helping your patients improve their health. They know how to overcome common objections and adapt their approach to the patient. It's the combination of a thoughtful, empathetic approach and connecting with people that helps us win over that last 20% of patients that other vendors can't reach. We solve medication therapy problems. We work on behalf of health plans, private insurers and employer-groups to deliver optimized medication therapies to high-risk patients. myMTMcare provides custom-tailored medication therapy management programs for small to midsize health plans, designed to maximize CMR completion rates. We understand the unique needs of small to midsize health plans- not all health plans fit in the same box. Making a difference means actually listening to our partners and customizing an MTM program that provides quality and performance, at a reasonable cost.
