The WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - LEGAL NOTICE The Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey (WDB NNJ) is soliciting proposals under the Competitive Contracting provisions of the Local Public Contract Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-4.l et seq.) for a ONE-STOP OPERATOR AND PROVIDER OF CAREER SERVICES FOR MORRIS, SUSSEX AND WARREN COUNTIES RFP#CC25-1W The services highlighted in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are supported by the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) with funds from the United States Department of Labor (USDOL) through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Work First New Jersey (WFNJ) with an estimated total of $2,500,000. The total will be based on the PY25/FY26 WIOA and WFNJ allo-cations. The WDB NNJ reserves the right to award multiple contracts for the provision of services described in this RFP. $2,215,000 is financed through federal funding sources. $285,000 is financed through state funding sources.
