Women?? I’ve been working in the IT space since high school and it’s actually wild because I once thought there were no women in this space. When I was 13 years old, my love for technology started. I went through IT courses that were available at my high school. With over 32 kids in that class, I was 1 of 2 girls. ??That trend did not stop there. When I was first hired, 8 years ago, I was the only woman on our support team. Now, we have many boss women on our team, that I greatly admire. ??After becoming a mom three years ago, I thought I would have to stop pursuing my career, but I proved myself wrong. I hope that I am laying a foundation for my daughter to build castles off of. I want her to grow up believing she can do anything she sets her mind to. The CMMC ecosystem has already taught me so much in the last 3 years. Women are crushing it in this space and I’m in total awe! I hope to continue using our podcast CybHER: Women in CMMC to highlight these women and to continue to learn from them. If you haven’t already, checkout the episodes that I’ll link in the comments?? All ESP’s (MSPs, MSSPs) on this list have been validated by the MSP Collective by verifying with the C3PAO that assessed the ESP and awarded the CMMC Level 2 Assessment Certification.?Please contact each provider directly to obtain their Shared Responsibility Matrix, which will demonstrate the scope of services that have been assessed for NIST 800-171 compliance. We have several additional companies in review now and this list will continue to grow as more organizations are verified. ?? We passed our CMMC Level 2 Assessment ?? Our team at Axiom has worked very hard to climb this first mountain and I couldn't be prouder. This has been made possible through years of hard work, dedication, teamwork, and a lot of learning and adapting. We are celebrating but... our climb doesn't stop here. It's now time for our second mountain. Time to help our clients and get them through this journey. We don't take this lightly and we have done a lot of preparation to help us along the way.
