Break-ins are on the rise nationwide. In the new March Messenger, Travis Morrow argues that while self-storage facilities don't need Ft. Knox levels of security, operators should be trying to limit their exposure to break-ins. He also says it's important to know your annual cost per door of insurance/protection claims. Do you?
