?? Community Appreciation ?? MVP Summit Edition ?? Day 4 - Part 2 So who is the other person I want to recognize today? As I said, he is also an important part of the CRM Community Calls, and to meet him live here during the MVP Summit? That was awesome! Do you know my friend Charles D.? Similar story as in Vandana Sharma's post before (https://lnkd.in/edkmZBx9), Charles also attended the first edition of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community Call, as did I. And I also noticed that I mistook his bass guitar for an electric guitar ?? The joke I included in my CRM Community Call session (where I am still proud to be the first non-MVP in this series to speak) ?? I've had Charles on my radar ever since. Especially his mini YouTube series like "Demystifying Contact Center" showed up more and more often in my YouTube suggestions ?? You could feel the fun and cheerful way and the passion with which he made these videos. Charles is also very active in the community, his super user posts from Microsoft Ignite in Chicago are still stuck in my head ?? And then suddenly the MVP Summit. He was just in the room during a Copilot Studio session! I mean, there were so many legends there, and I jumped out of my seat 10 times for a selfie (my seatmate asked me why I know everyone so well here ??), and then I had a live photo with the one and only Charles! ?? Charles explained me that he came to Redmond to help out with some sessions! How cool is that? ?? On the same evening there was a Copilot Studio dinner where all BizApps or Copilot Studio MVPs plus all related Microsoft employees (Product Teams, Marketing, etc.) were invited. There I had a lot of time to talk with Charles and he is a very impressive person who is not only funny but also someone who cares about you. Charles also had some great stories to tell, just legendary! I already had a good impression of him beforehand, but at the end of the day that has all topped it! ?? Charles, you are amazing! You have no idea how happy I am to have met you here in Redmond and that we all had a great time! Thank you so much! ?? If you're not connected to Charles yet, it's about time! ??
