Inspired by International Women’s Day we hosted women’s networking events in our Geneva and London offices this week, an opportunity for people to get together for an insightful and inspiring discussion with our women leaders and colleagues. Beyond their impressive careers, they shared personal anecdotes and experiences, breaking down formal barriers and fostering an authentic exchange. They spoke candidly about the challenges they’ve faced, the opportunities they’ve embraced, and the key moments that shaped their paths—offering motivation and guidance to all in attendance. The events were an opportunity to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas and suggestions, and celebrate the strength and talent of women across our organisation.
