MSB School Services does this by dedicating a local Program Specialist for implementation and ongoing support. X Logs, our online service delivery tracking tool, allows service providers to electronically record and report on the services they provide, and removes the extra Medicaid paperwork burden. We believe the combination of expert onsite support and user friendly technology will allow school districts to maximize Medicaid reimbursement and spend more time with their students.
