From new builds to renovation and alterations of existing spaces - it all starts with relationships. Our clients come to us, seeking design expertise and skill. Our relationships span decades because our collaboration and flexibility allow our partners to see themselves reflected in the work. Our work is categorized in the core markets of Sport, Education, Civic, Corporate, Historic Preservation, Transportation, Lifestyle, Religious, Interiors, and Graphics. The latest trends in each market transpose category lines, allowing for the latest advances in design and planning to be applied to any project in any market. Much of our work consists of multi-use facilities in which we are able to incorporate attributes of many markets into one site. Our diversity has allowed us to not only stay varied in our experience, but also nimble in our execution while being uniquely creative for every project.

What a lovely weekend it was for the grand opening of the Centre College Champions Hall! This state-of-the-art strength and performance center features a 200-meter indoor track, a new natatorium, locker rooms, and multi-purpose event spaces. Did you know that the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, home of the Daytona Tortugas, was built in the 1890s? This historic stadium is where Jackie Robinson played his first professional game before joining the Brooklyn Dodgers. Given its rich history, renovations must be approached with great care. Last week, Perspectus team members David Urbansky, AIA, and Laura Gagnon, AIA, LEED AP, attended the City of Euclid's groundbreaking ceremony for the new Community Recreation + Wellness Facility! Partnered with MSA Design, we were contracted by the City of Euclid to develop a new 36,000 SF community recreation and wellness facility made possible by American Rescue Plan Act Funds. The facility will include three full multi-purpose athletic courts, an indoor walking track, a free weight/cardio room, three class and meeting rooms, locker rooms, and an office area. This milestone signifies not just the start of construction, but also a shared commitment to fostering community well-being and strengthening connections. Together, with Infinity Construction, we will build a facility that truly reflects the values and needs of Euclid’s residents. Congratulations to all involved; we look forward to bringing this project to life!

Construction is quickly moving forward at the Bob Crane Community Center, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates on the progress! ??? ?? Crews have already started painting and installing tile, adding the finishing touches that will soon bring this building to life. In the coming weeks, they’ll be laying the gym floor and installing the basketball hoops—just in time for the much-anticipated grand opening in the spring of 2025. ?? We're also excited to incorporate the iconic blue bricks from the former Lazarus Kingsdale building, preserving a piece of Upper Arlington’s history in the new facility. ?? ?? We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line, and can’t wait to see the Bob Crane Community Center become a new hub for the Upper Arlington community! #BobCraneCommunityCenter #Construction #UpperArlington #UAParksAndRec
