Dave Sweeton Dave has worked for more than 20 years as a consultant with clients of all sizes across many different industries. An expert in Microsoft .NET and C#, Dave also has extensive experience in other technologies including C++, Java, and JavaScript. “I've had the privilege of collaborating with the MS2 development team as a contractor for several years. The diverse projects, intriguing domain work, and the fantastic individuals on the team have made it an exceptionally rewarding experience. I am thrilled to embrace a more integrated and expanded role as I join them!” MS2 is excited to welcome Dave to our growing team where he will help us build the next generation of traffic data management software. Deborah Harris, PMP Deborah comes to us with many years of experience in software project management. Most recently she worked for Global Solution Group at the Wayne County Airport where she managed several projects related to software development and data migrations. In the past, she has worked on a cybersecurity project for Michigan Medicine. Deborah also spent almost seven years at the State of Michigan where she was responsible for implementing an entirely new infrastructure and software system to support the Affordable Care Act. “The transportation industry is essential to economic growth and development as it impacts the movement of people and products. I am excited to join the MS2 team who continue to strive each day to be a leading contender within this industry.” Deborah is both a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM).? Steve has more than 25 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, and systems maintenance. Steve started his MS2 career as a Software Architect in 2013. As a software expert at MS2, he makes high-level design choices and defines coding standards, tools, and platforms to enhance software development processes. Steve is an AWS-certified Cloud Practitioner. Under Steve’s software development leadership in the last 10 years, MS2 has grown to be a market leader in transportation data management and analysis and has the largest traffic count database in North America. More than 260 agencies in 32 US States, and Canada, including 25 state Departments of Transportation, are using MS2’s cloud-based software to manage their transportation data. She spent her 9 years in multiple support-related roles and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. “The transportation industry is so vast and Americans rely on it 24/7 for so many of our daily needs. Ben will be working on supporting and enhancing existing features of our traffic software platform. Ben brings 17 years of full-stack software development experience. Ben has a Master's in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Wayne State University. "I am impressed that MS2 goes above and beyond to serve customers, especially with fast support. I am happy to join MS2 and be part of improving traffic, which benefits the daily lives of everyone." ? CHRIS KUSSURELIS: Chris Kussurelis has joined MS2 as a Database Architect. Chris has nearly 30 years of experience with SQL Server. His experience includes 19 years in database development and administration, 5 years as a Senior Database Administrator, and 7 years as a Technology Manager. "I am very excited to join the great team at MS2 and will use my extensive business and technical experience to move the products and platforms forward as best I can. The amount of traffic data being sent to MS2 from thousands of devices around the country is astounding and I look forward to helping support and improve these systems to ensure a smooth user experience for our clients."
