Another successful transformation story! To promote their new line of swimwear, we helped Speedo turn their office common area into a sleek, artistic fashion show. Featuring three catwalks, choreographed lighting, video, and a laser tunnel, the show sent audience members on a journey through 5 unique looks showcasing their 5 different product lines. We love when our agency clients integrate AV creatively into their activations. To celebrate the launch of their new line during Frieze Art Fair, Vans shoes built a giant skate-able art installation complete with a stage in the middle of the ramp in Downtown LA. To accomplish this, we provided not only the full stage production, but also an extensive video network showing camera feeds on several LED walls located around the perimeter of the event. We also installed a dozen site lighting towers that integrated into the stage lighting, turning the entire parking lot into a light show during the performances. A great show needs a great crew. Having gear is only half of the equation. Without the right people to operate it, your show won't reach its full potential. For the inaugural symphony Summerfest, our crew built out and operated incredibly complex, audio, lighting, and video systems. The three day festival featured performances by a full symphony accompanying rock legends Chicago and performing a live score to the classic film Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Wrapped up 2023 with a headlining show at The Novo in downtown LA. For artists and festivals who are big enough to have a real production budget but too small to work with the stadium show mega conglomerates, 2,000-10,000 person medium sized venue touring and festival packages are our specialty.

A lot of our clients don't realize we also do conferences. A few weeks ago we had the privilege of providing three stages of audio, lighting, video, and camera for a finance conference along with a full live stream production. As an event producer, streamlining operations and budget are critical. Having a single vendor for all technical departments helps to accomplish that.
