关于我们
Hi, I’m Mrs. Michael, and when you need something repaired, We Care! Back when I was raising two babies, my husband and I started a plumbing company, an electrical company, AND a heating and air company. Mr. Michael is a genius with tools, but he did NOT enjoy running 3 big companies, so he asked me to do it. Turns out, I LOVE it!! I believe that if we make your problems disappear quick and easy, then when someone you know needs something repaired you’ll say: “I know a group who cares!! . . . Their name is Mrs. Michael.”

As we inch closer to Spring??, is your HVAC system ready for the change in weather? Being proactive can help improve efficiency, prevent untimely breakdowns, and keep your home comfortable once we do warm up. Below are some tips from our pros????! Air Filters- Hold your filter up to a light ??and if there is limited visibility swap it out. Replacing your air filters will ensure you are not restricting airflow and also will prevent your system from working harder than it has to. Most filters should be replaced every 1-3 months depending on the type. Tune Up - Having seasonal maintenance can help with detecting potential issues before they become major problems??♂?. Our technicians will inspect, clean and optimize your system for peak performance. Thermostat- Verify your thermostat is working properly and consider upgrading to a programmable or smart???? thermostat to optimize energy efficiency. Inspect AC Unit - We recommend at least two feet of clearance for proper airflow for your AC Unit so make sure to clear any leaves??, dirt, or debris from around your system. Test your AC- Turn your AC on and check for unusual noises, weak airflow and inconsistent cooling??. This proactive approach can help ensure you aren't dealing with cooling issues at the height of the busy season. Spring is around the corner and following these proactive steps will help you and your family stay comfortable! For any HVAC needs, contact Livingston County's Best of the Best??! #MrsMichaelCares

If your home was built before the Reagan administration ?? then it is possible your home may be experiencing flickering lights, outlets that no longer work, or tripped breakers. If any of the above are true then you should have an electrician???? review a Home Re-device. Over time your home's electric devices will likely wear out resulting in loose connections, inefficient power distributions, and even fire hazards??. Similar to your car there is going to be some wear and tear with your electric system ??which is why it is important to properly maintain your system. With our home re-device we will swap out your outdated outlets and switches and replace them with tamper resistant models. These updated outlets are especially important for families with children ??as the devices help prevent the risk of shocks and burns due to the outlets having a built-in spring loaded shutter that is triggered when foreign objects are inserted. Homes are using more electricity than ever before and with a home re-device not only do you get piece of mind, you also receive: -Enhanced Safety- Fire and Shock risk reduced?? -Energy Efficiency- Ensure all devices are functioning properly -Modern Touch- Upgrade your home with modern outlets with modern amenities. There is a reason that having tamper resistant outlets is required on all new builds, and that is because it keeps your family safe! If you would like to have an electrician review your home give us a call today! #MrsMichaelCares
