This July, we celebrate Disability Pride Month, honoring the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act on July 26, 1990. It's a time to celebrate diversity, equality, and inclusivity for people with disabilities. At Taylor, we proudly support and partner with organizations championing disability rights and inclusion. Our partnerships with Liberty ARC and MRCI are vital to providing opportunities and support for individuals with disabilities. These collaborations remind us of our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Together, we can create a more accessible and equitable world for everyone. ?? #DisabilityPrideMonth #InclusiveWorkplace #Accessibility #CelebratingDiversity

Have you heard the great news? The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has created a fund for small to mid-sized Minnesota employers to request reimbursement for expenses related to providing reasonable accommodations for job applicants and employees with disabilities. The ERAF's purpose is to encourage employment of people with disabilities by reducing any perceived or real financial barriers. ? More for info, head here: https://lnkd.in/guEVmQPU
