We are forecasting 2025 to be one of our best years - tracking to be our second best year here currently. We have noticed considerable improvement in our activity from the last two First Quarters- 2023 and 2024. This is a positive trend, and we are seeing things going in the right direction. I am looking for a VP of Accounting- Controller with experience in the Higher Education sector. This interview process will begin in 4-8 weeks. So, per usual, we have a head start. Ideally, the client wants someone that has been a Controller at a University. CPA is required. Hybrid work model. 4 days in office and one day remote. Salary range is open right now, but my guess is $160 - $200K base plus 10-20% bonus potential. They want to look at a wide range of candidates.
