Every week, we curate the world’s leading CEOs, policymakers, and entrepreneurs on public stages and in private meetings as they launch world-changing initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and drive progress.
Next week, we turn our sights to New York for the 79th United Nations General Assembly session. We are honored to support the UN Global Compact in developing the 3rd annual Global Africa Business Initiative.
Given our 10th anniversary, it is thrilling to think about our early days working between New York and Miami — to now working with a team in cities worldwide. More than ever, we believe it is vitally important to continue the work of creating meaningful, face-to-face engagements — whether at small country retreats or in the beating heart of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Moving into 2025, M+D has hired our first-ever COO, Celine S. DeCarlo DeCarlo, who spent ten years at CNN followed by a decade in sustainability and social impact, and is leading our rockstar team of international consultants who work on some of the most exciting live event platforms in the world. We are continuing to expand our advisory business — working with investors entering new markets, CEOs boosting growth, international institutions scaling positive change, brands enhancing thought leadership and global media companies telling the stories that shape the future.
