We had a great time at the Caregiving Summit today, presented by Prismm, discussing the challenges and opportunities around solutions for the sandwich generation who's caring up and down. Founder Cori Fain-Forrest said "Yes, motherhood was going to change my world, but I didn't expect a waitlist to change my world...the systems aren't designed for us, it's not you, it's just hard..." about her inspiration to build Moxi. Thanks to fellow panelists Ed Fields and Sarah McMillan for an engaging conversation on how the City of Birmingham is creating innovative solutions for its residents, and to Martha Underwood for hosting this event!
