This week, Amazon announced that some 350,000 of its employees will be required to work from an office five days a week beginning in January. Immediate responses from Amazon employees were largely negative. What if Amazon had paired the announcement of their new policy with new, flexible, easy-to-access #commuter #benefits and programs? As more #RTO mandates come out, companies are missing opportunities to make their new policies more palatable by pairing them with new support for employees as they do take on one of the least popular aspects of in-office work: more frequent, longer, and more expensive commutes. https://lnkd.in/ef3yw2CY
