Our recent Customer Service Week recap was incomplete without mention of our annual Egg Crate Drop contest. Each year our Local technician crew gathers in the early morning hours before hitting the road to devise the perfect way to protect an egg from increasingly high drops. It’s a welcome challenge for a group accustomed to crating precious and fragile items every day. Congrats to Trevor for taking the title this year in a glorious upset!

That’s a wrap on our September Hunger Action Month food drive. Thanks to the generosity of our teammates, we donated 568 pounds of food to our local pantry, Manna on Main Street. That mid-month basketball Knockout Tournament provided just the boost we needed to finish strong!
