Long hours at a computer can lead to stiffness in your neck, shoulders, and mid-back, but a few simple stretches can help keep you feeling loose and pain-free. Try these throughout your day: ?? Levator Scap Stretch – Drop your chin toward your armpit, gently pulling your head down to stretch the muscles along the side of your neck. ?? Seated Mid-Back Stretch – Clasp your hands together, round your upper back, and push your arms forward to open up tension in your shoulders and spine. ?? Neck Rolls & Shoulder Rolls – A quick way to release tension and reset your posture. Movement doesn’t have to be big to make a difference.
