What a day! ????♂? Last weekends Brothers on Bikes: Black Men’s Health Ride was more than Movement Matters Collective could have asked for. We showed up for our health, for each other, and for our community. Huge gratitude to those who made this possible: Justin C. Lipford – Visionary behind it all. Last week's private class with Jackie Robinson Family YMCA Sister Circle was a truly remarkable experience. The energy in the room was palpable – a beautiful blend of rejuvenation, restoration, and profound healing. At Movement Matters Collective, our mission is to cultivate spaces where folks feel genuinely seen and welcomed.
