Movement Communications Academy

In September, we spent two days with TransitCenter's Comms Cabinet to build a foundation and provide tools to approach communications strategy and messaging with a movement-building lens. The group of 12 communicators left energized, connected and ready to apply the learnings towards the transit justice movement. One participant said: “It was a great balance of informative and engaging, and I have clear steps and resources to apply what I learned at my organization.” #communication #transportation

Everyone in Oregon deserves access to food, no matter where we were born. Last week, we had the chance to lead over 70 staff from Oregon Food Bank and members of the Food for All Oregonians coalition, including Adelante Mujeres, Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon and PCUN in a spokesperson training to prepare them to be strong messengers for the food justice movement.? #communicationscoaching #mediarelationstraining #mediatraining #strategiccommunications #foodjustice
