关于我们
Mountain Top Talent LLC was founded with a clear vision in mind – to revolutionize the recruiting, staffing, and executive search industry. Our journey began with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both job seekers and employers in finding the perfect match. As professionals with a background in Information Technology (IT), we witnessed firsthand the struggle to find top talent in this rapidly evolving field. Recognizing the need for a specialized approach, we established Mountain Top Talent to bridge the gap between exceptional candidates and forward-thinking companies.

From the desk of the CEO
Mental Health...It's important for everyone. The job market is hopefully on the upswing, so that's great! However it's been a tough road for job seekers and companies alike. And I've got to tell you it's no different being the owner of a company. Job seekers are in despair because they need to work, they want to work. Companies and the people who work there are operating at a high level of stress because business isn't as good as it could be and job security is mostly something people tell themselves they have so they can feel better, but not a real thing in today's day and age. With all that said if you're out there on either side of this coin, don't forget to celebrate your wins, and feel good about the work you're doing, no matter what part of the process you're in. Remember that if you wake up and do the work, you're laying the bricks in the road that will allow you to end up where you want to be. Setbacks are unfortunate, and sometimes they downright hurt, but the word "setback" is a bit of a false narrative too because a setback most times is still progress and not regression. Don't forget to bet on yourself and be your biggest fan. Keep doing what you do and doing it well, and you will end up where you are supposed to be.

Share your thoughts on this topic! We appreciate feedback from our network on how we can become better ourselves. Lets have a great week as we kick off this Monday!
Monday Morning Thoughts: As a person in management, one of my responsibilities is the training of new hires within our organization. I enjoy brining new talent to our team and training them to a standard we have built. It is amazing watching someone you trained become successful and grow as a member of the team. One the of the most challenging things for me in the training period is remembering that just because I know something doesn't mean that it is "common sense" or something everyone else knows. Even once being a new guy myself I struggle with this as a leader. I wanna know what advice others have to solve this disconnect. How do you make sure that your training program covers everything, including the "common sense" topics? Have a great week!
