We’re thrilled to announce our new pastry chef, Tyler Johnson! ?? After his time in the military, he found his passion in the calm creativity of baking, where he can bring smiles with every dessert. ?? Starting as a cook at Hearth '61 in 2021, Tyler later became the sous chef of the pastry department, and now he’s ready to sprinkle his magic on our menu! His favorite creation so far is his lavender crème br?lée with lemon pearls and honeycomb tuile. ?? Come by and treat yourself today—your sweet tooth will thank you. ??

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of our pastry chef, Jordan Stime. She's done amazing things these past four years.
