Before Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), patients like Nicole Coon had to endure permanent marks (tattoos) and restrictive stickers to ensure precise treatment delivery—often serving as a painful, lifelong reminder of their cancer journey. Thanks to SGRT, a non-invasive and contact-free system that uses 3D cameras to track the body’s position, those tattoos are no longer needed.
