Efficiency in action! ???? Southeastern Technology Automation, LLC is making material handling smarter with this seed bin flipping process. When seed bins return to the factory after use, they need to be prepped for cleaning and refilling. Our GP180 robot takes on the heavy lifting—nesting and denesting the bins to restore them to full height before they are ready for the next step. This automation helps streamline the workflow, making the process faster, safer, and more efficient. Since launching our internship program in 2022, we’ve seen firsthand how impactful early career experiences can be—turning students into skilled professionals who drive innovation. Through our partnership with FastLane MEP and the incredible support of April Vanover,?we’ve been able to expand our reach, connect with more schools, and provide meaningful work experiences for students like Ayden Tudor. What started as an internship turned into a full-time career, proving the power of workforce development. FASTLANE-MEP has been instrumental in supporting our program—not just by helping us grow our network, but also by securing funding that allows us to invest in young talent. Their support ensures that students are given the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to thrive in manufacturing. ?? TechFest 2025 was a blast! ?? This past weekend at Sinclair Community College, we had an incredible time inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders. With nearly 2,200 attendees, the weekend was full of curiosity and hands-on learning. Students didn’t just watch—they stepped up, took control, and experienced robotics firsthand with interactive demos like MotoSIM Touch, MotoMini, the HC10 cobot, and the legendary Nerds Cart ! Seeing future innovators engage with technology is what it’s all about. A huge shoutout to the volunteers who dedicated their time to making this event unforgettable.
