Motiva Base Oils was recently honored by Highline Warren with a special Solutions Focused Award, recognizing the company's commitment to providing solution-focused customer service in 2024. The award was presented to the Motiva Base Oils team by members from Highline Warren during the 2025 National Sales and Marketing Meeting. This recognition reflects the strong partnership and shared commitment to excellence in service and innovation.

Motiva proudly celebrates academic excellence through various education and training initiatives, including our sponsorship of the Letterman Jacket for Excellence program at Houston ISD's Northside High School. Recently, we recognized 220 students by presenting 130 letterman jackets and 90 patches to those who achieved a 4.0 GPA during the 2024 school year. Since 1995, Motiva has supported this program, demonstrating our long-standing commitment to empowering the next generation in the communities where we live and operate.

Last month, Motiva sponsored the 2025 Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas Engineering Job Shadow, which brought together over 150 students from 12 school districts in Southeast Texas. This event aimed to equip the next generation with entrepreneurial thinking skills while showcasing a variety of career pathways. Students participated in hands-on activities and networked with professionals, gaining valuable insights to help shape their futures. #MotivaProud

In January, Motiva participated in the Big Picture luncheon and panel hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Houston. This engaging event showcased BBBS's mission and discussed ways for community members to get involved. Saniha Lakhpaty, our Social Responsibility & Community Affairs Advisor, represented Motiva and shared details about our Aspire Mentoring Program, which we launched in partnership with BBBS and Northside High School. #MotivaProud

As operators of more than 400 miles of underground pipeline infrastructure, Motiva takes pipeline safety seriously. That is why members of our Pipeline Safety team and fellow pipeline operators recently met with excavators and emergency responders to promote safe digging and effective emergency response. By fostering these connections, we strengthen our commitment to safety and to being a good neighbor in the communities in which we live and operate. Motiva's 76? brand is hitting the ice this season in a big way by teaming up with the Monroe Moccasins, a minor league professional team in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL). As the official fuel sponsor, the Motiva brand made a power play at 76? Title Night, where fans enjoyed various exclusive promotions, including 76? and Moccasin-branded gear. With the 76? logo now proudly branded on the Moccasins' home jerseys and displayed at the Monroe Civic Center, this exciting partnership is sure to turn up the energy both on the ice and in the stands.
