These statistics are devastating and that’s why it’s so important for each of us to do our part. Thanks to the Orillia Community Foundation, Mother Daughter Empower is proud to have partnered with Living Works to offer a 3h "SAFETALK" certification. This half-day training in suicide alertness skills will teach you the X4 basic steps to create a life-saving connection. Whether you are a teacher, social worker, neighbour or friend, this certification is widely used by both professionals and the general public, ages 15+.
