Exciting times at the Home Services Summit (HSS)! It was incredible to see everyone come together, and the energy was unmatched. Here are some highlights that made the event truly impactful: We launched our first in-person peer group meeting, gaining insights into the power of these groups. Introduced our fully staffed operations team, welcoming Kris Gabriele to the fold. David Kish showed us the work being done in Franchise Development to recruit more owners. Discussed the importance of bringing a bookkeeper on board – with Lisa McCarthy Worked on mindset with Lindsey Hamilton, setting a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Also crowning Jennifer Schouten as the ?????? champion! Learned effective grassroots marketing strategies with Megan Beattie. Time to make our job sites a circus! Gained insights into the future of Mosquito Shield marketing and e-commerce with David Blinn and Ric Peeler. Jeff Rogers rolled out our business plan, paving the way for 2025. Heard about the work being done to improve Pronexis with Tara Dinkins and enhance our perimeter pest service with Kyle Haley & Matt DeBoard Engaged with the makers of our product, MTPB, who shared their knowledge and passion. Discussed our new digital pilot program with Rich Caputo of Caputo Digital, taking our strategies to the next level. David Tribe showed us the many updates made to Pocomos that will streamline our operations. Michael Moorhouse challenged Dave LeVeque to learn to cartwheel to push the bar like the Iron Cowboy. The cartwheel was later executed - proving our desire to continuously learn! And, of course, we celebrated the victories of 2024, which set a strong precedent for the future.
