Optimizing health care spaces starts with us, and we can now lean on American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE)'s new Core Competency Framework for health care facilities professionals. It’s a great place to locate and discover resources, and assess and improve your skillset. Take some time during National Health Care Facilities and Engineering Week to explore the Framework: https://lnkd.in/g_ZYy-_7 #CelebrateFE

Thank you Skanda V. Skandaverl for speaking with our group!
ASHE President | Division Director Facilities & Infrastructure Midwest CommonSpirit Health MBA, CHFM, CHC, FASHE
I had a great time at the fall meeting of the Missouri Society of Healthcare Engineering (MOSHE) in St. Louis. Engaging in meaningful discussions with regional members about our strategic plans for the future of healthcare engineering was truly inspiring. The enthusiasm and insights shared by many young professionals actively shaping our industry's future were remarkable. Loie Couch and the board are doing an outstanding job delivering valuable educational programs for our members. Lisa Hardesty's presentation on "Environmental Care" was particularly insightful. I look forward to attending more chapters and participating in these important conversations. Together, the future of healthcare engineering looks promising! #ASHE #MOSHE #CommonSpirit #leadership #fellowship #partership #education #communication #collorboration #friendship Pamela Dykstra
