Mosaic’s Saengerhalle project was developed as an 80-acre single-family residential community in New Braunfels, Guadalupe County. Built by DR Horton and located between TX-46 and Saur Ln, Saengerhalle Meadows’s charming farmhouse-style neighborhood became a sought-after location within Comal ISD, serving families with access to Farias-Spitzer Elementary, Canyon Middle, and Canyon High School. As part of the development, a roundabout or “T” intersection was constructed at Saengerhalle Road, improving traffic flow and safety. Additionally, a new parking lot with 16 stalls was added to provide a safer and more convenient parking solution for duplex residents. Residents of Saengerhalle Meadows have enjoyed access to nearby amenities, including over 50 acres of parkland, Comal Springs, paddle boats, mini golf, a miniature train, and floating on the Guadalupe River.
