Jordan supports managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He assists with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and provides strategic insights to support decision-making. Additionally, Jordan supports the accounting team, streamline processes, and optimize the company’s financial health. When asked what Jordan enjoyed the most about this role he replied, "I enjoy being on the financial team through the development process. From the beginning when a project is just an idea (or RFP) or however that initial information is disseminated, it’s always fascinating to turn that into renderings and later a fully constructed building. Through complex financing structures, my team and I are able to extend our impact across mixed-income communities, hopefully enabling future generations to take advantage of those opportunities. I especially enjoy the storytelling aspect of my work. Campus Apartments and Mosaic Development Partners JV Team Break Ground on $148.75M Housing Project at the University of Maryland Campus Apartments, a national leader in the student housing sector, and?Mosaic Development Partners, announced they have?broken ground on a $148.75M graduate student housing project at the University of Maryland, College Park. The 323,000-square-foot residential building will offer fully-furnished studios and two- to five-bedroom apartments, along with common area amenities that include a large ground-floor conference space with interior and exterior courtyards, a penthouse community lounge and terrace, various community breakout spaces, resident parking and internal bike storage. Prominently located along Campus Drive, the community will be within walking distance of the main campus and just steps from a new Purple Line light rail stop, which is anticipated to open in 2027. Mayor Cherelle Parker details $50M community benefits agreement for new Sixers arena - Philadelphia Business Journal In a public presentation of her agreement with the Philadelphia 76ers for a new Center City arena, Mayor Cherelle Parker outlined plans for the Sixers’ $50 million community benefits agreement and what she called the “best sports facility agreement in Philadelphia’s history.” The $50 million community benefits agreement calls for 70% of the funding to be spent in the first 10 years, rather than meted out equally over 30 years. Some $25 million is being earmarked for impacted communities near the arena and 97% of those funds would be distributed in the first 10 years. The remaining $25 million would be distributed to citywide initiatives. The arena still requires approval from Parker, who supports the project, and City Council. As part of the deal, the Sixers would also make an annual $6 million payment in lieu of taxes and use and occupancy payments for 30 years, funds set to benefit the city and the School District of Philadelphia.
