This is why we need accountability to be present in the anti-trafficking space in the form of robust evaluation services that are a requirement from the top down. If those at the top are furthering the re-exploitation of survivors then it trickles down to the orgs in our community. My heart grieves for this experience that we as survivors continue to go through as we try to work in this field and struggle to find equity and not be re-exploited. https://lnkd.in/ga-xW9FK.

What do we do? As a small team we are committed to communicating our mission and vision in small and big ways! Recently this past month we had the pleasure of speaking at the Shared Hope International JUST conference about one of the main services we are passionate about- program evaluation.
