Resale Store Driver/Customer Service Associate Location: Mosaic CCDA - Benton Harbor MI Reports To: Resale Store Management Team Summary: Works to carry out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, creating a healthy culture and workplace environment, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions, as outlined in the essential functions of the job and in compliance with company policies, procedures and Mosaic Resale Store mission statement. Roles/Key Responsibilities: ●????Safely load and secure furniture onto delivery vehicles, ensuring that items are protected from damage. ●????Drive delivery vehicles to customer drop off/pick up locations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. ●????Unload furniture at customer locations, often navigating stairs and tight spaces, while avoiding damage to goods and customer’s property. ●????Perform simple assembly and installation of furniture as needed. ●????Assist in the warehouse as needed, organizing and preparing orders for upcoming deliveries and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. ●????Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customers' questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. ●????Complete all delivery and route documentation accurately and promptly, including delivery confirmations and mileage logs. ●????Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely communication regarding delivery schedules and customer updates. Qualifications: ●????High School diploma or GED required. 1-2 years experience in furniture retail, manufacturing or related experience preferred. ●????Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. ●????Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles (experience with box trucks preferred). ●????Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy items, up to 75 lbs. ●????Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ●????Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. ●????Part-Time, Flexible schedule? ●????A passion for Mosaic CCDA's mission and growth. Mosaic CCDA is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to join the Transformation Center Team as Resource Specialist. The Resource Specialist will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with the community, volunteers, managing communications, and supporting event coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure the effective coordination of resources, community outreach and volunteer efforts. Key Responsibilities: ●????Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, community partners, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. ●????Volunteer Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they are well-informed and adequately prepared for their roles. ●????Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Mosaic,answering calls, emails and providing timely and communication. ●????Event Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all resources are managed efficiently and effectively to support successful outcomes. ●????Resource Management: Maintain and organize volunteer records, schedules, and other relevant data Compliance: Ensure all volunteer activities are compliant with local and national regulations and best practices. ●????Work with staff to maintain the physical appearance of the store, office, etc. ?
