NYC Law Firm, Yifei He, PLLC, recently filed a lawsuit alleging that Afternic, a Waltham internet services company, sold their domain name to an Indonesian gambling site without their permission. ? According to attorney Yifei He, on Dec. 10, 2024, Afternic took ownership of the domain name, yifeihelaw.com, and enabled its sale. Since its inception in 2017, Yifei He, PLLC has had its domain name registered with GoDaddy, and maintains that the domain name never expired and that no authorization was given for its sale. How it ended up on the market remains unclear. ?
