Exciting development updates at Studios340! Since our last update, the building has been painted, and the interior is beginning to take shape beautifully. Our Cowgill development team, alongside Bobby Morris from Morris Workshop Architects, recently visited the site to review the progress and ensure everything is aligning with our vision. It’s incredible to see the transformation. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to bring Studios340 to life!

COMING SOON! #morrisworkshop just completed design on the renovation to the 2nd and 3rd floors of #MillerHall, one of the oldest buildings on the University of Kentucky campus. Originally constructed in 1898, the building will soon become the new home for the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration and the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce. Be on the lookout for future updates! Cannot wait to see the new space take shape!

What a journey. Lisa Roper Wicker, the former President & Master Distiller at Widow Jane Distillery and consultant to George Washington's Mount Vernon Distillery & Gristmill has been named Master Distiller at Garrard County Distilling Co. in Lancaster, Kentucky. Garrard (pronounced /?ɡ?r?d/?GAIR-id; ) County is owned by Staghorn of Atlanta, Georgia. The $250 million startup distillery was founded by Ray Franklin and just fired up the first of its two 45' tall by 36" Vendome Copper & Brass Works Inc. columns.
