Great event last night at Gwynedd Mercy University where our Montgomery Bar Association presented "Give Us Liberty and Give Us Safety". It was the 1st of 3 sessions where we will help GMU students and the community-at-large better understand Civics and the Constitution. It was a real privilege to join President Judge Carolyn Carluccio, Kristen Feden, and Colin O'Boyle on the panel. Looking forward to our next session on March 18th at 7PM at GMU.

MWKJ is proud to congratulate our partner, David Jacquette on his recent appointments to both the Nominating Committee and the Judiciary Committee of the MONTGOMERY BAR ASSOCIATION. Dave was named co-chair of the Nominating Committee, which is responsible for the recruitment, review, and selection of candidates for officers and directors of the MBA as well as members of the Autonomous Judiciary Committee of the MBA. The Judiciary Committee is charged with evaluating and rating candidates for the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County, PA, and also advises the public on judicial candidates. Congrats, Dave!

Our attorneys are proud past officers of this important organization. MCAP child advocate attorneys receive specialized training and volunteer their time to provide legal representation specifically for abused or neglected children who are compelled to participate within the criminal justice system.
