A graduate of the University of Kentucky, his journey with us began as an intern, where his dedication quickly stood out and earned him a full-time role. Adam is committed to creating lasting, positive impacts on the communities we serve. Known for his reliability and collaborative spirit, he brings innovative solutions and a positive energy to every project. Outside work, Adam volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House, plays golf and tennis, and pursues his goal of visiting every U.S. national park. Born in Gainesville, Florida and raised in Northeast Ohio, Marissa brings over 11 years of planning experience to the table. A proud graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies, she has a strong background in various planning roles, including significant projects like SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Known for her thorough project reviews and open-minded approach, Marissa is passionate about enhancing neighborhoods and improving the quality of life through thoughtful urban design. Her certification as an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) underscores her commitment to excellence in the field. When she’s not busy making a positive impact in urban environments, Marissa dreams of traveling to all 50 states and becoming fluent in a foreign language. A proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, she has honed her skills through valuable work with the Department of Transportation in D.C. and at Future Aviation, collaborating with a diverse range of engineers to tackle complex challenges. Recognized as a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program Recipient and a President’s Silver Scholarship Recipient, Ventura is passionate about continuous learning and making meaningful contributions to our projects. Known for her analytical mindset and knack for asking the right questions, she excels in teamwork and mentorship. In addition to her engineering expertise, Ventura loves to present and share knowledge, and while being double-jointed might raise some eyebrows, she brings a fun spirit to the workplace!
