Our clients wanted a cool, modern aesthetic with the feel of a speakeasy, and MWA took it to the next level. Inspired by their love for lush textures, we selected velvet furnishings and carried the idea through the space with faux suede wall and ceiling coverings. The custom bar showcases their fine spirits and vintage decanter collection with a stunning combination of stone, mirror, and metal. Add in vibrant pops of color and warm natural light, and this lounge is equal parts inviting and chic. For this project, our clients envisioned a blend of an elegant cottage feel with the charm of a cultured clubhouse, all inspired by their stunning backyard golf course views. We designed a custom attic-level lookout—a “2nd floor treehouse”—offering unparalleled views of the lush greenery. To add accessibility, there’s an all-glass elevator with a custom tone-on-tone wood inlay in the shape of the course hole. To complement this natural beauty, we used a soft palette of creams, grays, and blues with warm wood tones to create a serene yet inviting atmosphere.
