Yesterday, Cross Street Partners, along with our friends at the Historic Tax Credit Coalition, had the great honor of celebrating the career and impact of US Sen. Benjamin L. Cardin. In his decades of service, Sen. Cardin has been a vocal champion for economic development, historic preservation, and neighborhood revitalization programs, including the vital #HistoricTaxCredit and #NewMarketsTaxCredit. Without these programs – projects like the 83,000 SF Hoen Lithograph Campus in East Baltimore (pictured), would not be possible. We are grateful to celebrate the achievement of the CNI @ Hoen & Co. and the future of the #HTC and #NMTC programs with Sen.
